What is KAP (Kundalini Activation Process)?

KAP is an energetic transmission and somatic awakening experience that supports your nervous system in opening to more life-force, presence, and inner clarity. You lie down, relax, and allow the intelligence of your body to do what it’s ready for—while you’re guided through music and a held, safe container.

At its core, this transmission is a unique marriage of two distinct, yet deeply intertwined elements: cosmic kundalini life-force and non-dual awareness states of consciousness. The process begins by opening the universal field of life-force, which can both activate and purify your subtle energy system - your light-body: awakening its intelligent flow and illuminating the layers of your divine human vessel, so you naturally fall into deeper resonance with Source.

KAP isn’t about forcing an outcome—it’s about creating the conditions for your system to remember its own wisdom, in the exact way and pace that’s aligned for you.

Do I need prior experience with energy work to attend a KAP session?

No experience is required.

Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) is not about knowledge, technique, or spiritual background. It is about receptivity. Whether you are new to energy work or have years of practice, the most important thing is to arrive relaxed and open.

Sensitivity to kundalini energy has nothing to do with experience — it is about nervous system readiness.

What happens during a KAP (Kundalini Activation Process)?

A KAP Open Class is a group Kundalini Activation Process session where participants lie comfortably on yoga mats while music is played to support the energetic transmission.

There is no physical effort, breathwork, or technique required. You simply relax and receive. We don't strive to do anything. KAP is often called the 'Path of surrender' or in other words what's key is to allow and surrender to the process and simply receive. 

During the session, I may gently touch specific energy points on the body to support the activation of kundalini energy. Each person’s experience is unique. Some people experience spontaneous body movements, emotional release, deep stillness, or heightened awareness. Others may feel subtle sensations, tingling, heat and cold sensations in their body.

People often experience this as a mix of:

  • energetic movement or spontaneous releases

  • emotional clearing (tears, laughter, relief)

  • deep stillness, peace, or expanded awareness

  • insights, heart opening, and a felt sense of “coming home” to themselves

The process works with your nervous system and unfolds only to the degree that feels safe for your body to integrate.

After the session, there is usually a short period for grounding, integration  and Q&As before leaving the space.

Who created Kundalini Activation Process (KAP)?

Kundalini Activation Process was founded by Venant Wong.

He developed this transmission-based method to activate kundalini energy without force, breathwork, or physical techniques. Today, certified facilitators worldwide offer KAP sessions following his lineage.

What happens after a Kundalini Activation session?

Each person integrates differently and there is a whole range of things that may happen after a KAP class, including the early to the later signs of kundalini awakening. 

You may experience:

  • Emotional release

  • Increased clarity

  • Vivid dreams and old memories resurfacing

  • Heightened awareness

  • Physical sensations moving through the body

  • Deep calm and grounded presence

Kundalini Activation Process works gradually by clearing energetic blockages and expanding consciousness. For some, this marks the beginning of a kundalini awakening process. For others, it simply creates more alignment and vitality.

KAP is an energy lineage that holds a wide range of frequencies beneficial for higher states of consciousness and spiritual growth in addition to the traditional kundalini signs/symptoms. 

Integration between sessions is an important part of the work.

Can Kundalini Activation Process heal physical conditions?

What is the difference between in-person and online Kundalini Activation?

Both formats transmit the same frequency.

Some people feel more comfortable and therefore more open in a group setting, while others relax more deeply in their own home. Your level of comfort can influence how strongly you experience the energy.

Beginners sometimes require a few sessions to activate fully, especially online. The process unfolds at the pace your system can safely integrate.

Is Kundalini Activation dangerous?

When facilitated properly and practiced responsibly, KAP is considered safe.

However, Kundalini Activation Process is not recommended for individuals experiencing:

  • Psychosis

  • Mania

  • Severe psychiatric instability

  • Untreated epilepsy

Because the process expands emotional capacity and sensitivity, participants must be able to regulate themselves between sessions.

If unsure, consult your doctor or therapist.

I am pregnant — can I attend a session?

Many people with anxiety or depression report positive experiences with Kundalini Activation.

However, if you are on antidepressants or other psychiatric medication, you may experience the energy differently. The process can still be beneficial, but sensitivity may vary.

If you are in acute crisis or instability, this may not be the right time.

I struggle with anxiety or depression — can I still attend?

If you are in your third trimester (months 7–9), it is recommended to wait until after birth.

Before the third trimester, you may attend if:

  • You feel physically well

  • Your doctor has no restrictions

  • You inform your facilitator in advance

Always listen to your body and follow medical guidance. Participation is your responsibility.

What is the difference between kundalini yoga and Kundalini Activation Process?

Kundalini yoga uses breathwork, kriyas, and physical effort to stimulate energy.

Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) is transmission-based. Participants lie down and receive activation through energetic transmission and light touch. There is no technique to perform and no effort required.

What is the difference between a private and a group session?

Every energy activation process is unique, just like your needs.

Group Session
In a group Kundalini Activation session, the energy can feel especially strong because it is amplified by the collective field.

At the same time, each participant receives exactly what their nervous system is ready to integrate. The group space often brings a powerful sense of connection, shared growth, and mutual support.

I personally love the group energy because the unique constellation is based on resonance, we frequently come together working on similar stuff and this makes the release often stronger.

Private Session
During a private Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) session, my full attention is devoted entirely to you. The energy flows intuitively and deeply, exactly where your system is ready to open.

This setting is personal, safe, and held with complete presence and attunement to your energetic field.

Private sessions are ideal for those who:

  • Want to go deeper

  • Are working with a specific theme or intention

  • Prefer a quiet and intimate environment
