Rules & Guidelines
Boundaries for me and you to best serve you.

CANCELLATION

Please always appear in your scheduled Session a few minutes early. If you arrive later than 15 minutes late, the Session will be cancelled at no refund granted. Please respect a lot of time and energy goes into all Sessions and preparation.

COMMUNICATION CHANNELS

As a paying client you will have access to direct email communication with Berenika.

All communication is via email only.

No Facebook messenger or IG messenger private communication will be available during Client x Practitioner relationship.

OFFICE HOURS

Response time to all communication is 24 hrs. We do our best to handle all emails as soon as possible across all time zones.

​

EMERGENCY SESSION

Berenika's calendar is currently booked up 2-3 days in advance, so please consider others who booked before you when making this request.

Only if you're an ongoing client and you sense you need an urgent help, please type in the email subject line. EMERGENCY SESSION REQUEST. And then briefly explain why are you needing urgent assistance.

Please state preferred times, and mention multiple options you have available so we can coordinate.

No Emergency Session is guaranteed, it is intuitively assessed and responded to based on Berenika's energy levels so she can work at her highest capacity. 

First time clients - no Emergency Sessions.

DURING THE SESSION

Please show up with clarity of intention.

No disrespectful, offensive or abusive behavior will be tolerated. Please be kind and respectful at all times.

PRE-POST SESSION

You will receive a Pre/Post Recommendations via email prior to your first Session after your booking is completed. 

​

PAYMENT 

All payments for all Sessions and Packages are paid up front in full without exception.

​

REFUND POLICY

No refunds.
